Ashok Leyland CV Sales January 2023 Hiked By 23.81% In Domestic Market

Ashok Leyland is considered India’s most reliable commercial vehicle manufacturer. The brand registered a remarkable overall sales growth of 18.59% in Commercial Vehicle Sales Data January 2023. The company ended the month of January 2023 with a 23.81% growth in its domestic sales and a 79.51% significant downfall in its export sales.

DOMESTIC SALE TABLE 

Ashok Leyland Commercial Vehicle Sales Report January 2023 witnessed a great sales growth of 23.81%, with a 28% sales increase in the M&HCV Trucks category and an 18% sales hike in the LCV category. Ashok Leyland Truck Sales Report January 2023 shows that the M&HCV Trucks category sold 9,119 units in January 2023 compared to 7,136 units in January 2022. On the other side, the LCV category marked Commercial Vehicle Sales in India as selling 6,090 units in January 2023 compared to 5,148 units sold in January last year.

EXPORT SALE TABLE

According to Ashok Leyland Export commercial vehicle sales statistics 2023 released recently, a remarkable decline of 79.51% was observed. The company saw a great decline of 85.93% in the M&HCV Trucks category and a 53.12% downfall in the LCV category. Under the M&HCV Trucks category, the brand witnessed a selling of just 74 units for January 2023 as compared to 526 units sold for January 2022. On the other hand, the LCV truck category highlighted sales of 60 units for January 2023 compared to 128 units sold for January 2022.

GROSS (DOMESTIC + EXPORT) SALES  

Ashok Leyland Gross Commercial Vehicle Sales Figures 2023 for both the Domestic + Export markets highlighted a gain of 18.59% in its sales for the month of January 2023. The brand saw sales growth of 20% in the M&HCV Trucks category, while a 17% sales growth was registered in the LCV category for January 2023. In the M&HCV Trucks category, 9,193 units were sold in January 2023, compared to 7,662 units in January 2022. However, in the LCV category, 6,150 units were sold in January 2023 compared to 5,276 units sold in January 2022.
