Ashok Leyland, India’s most reliable commercial vehicle manufacturer records a massive overall sales growth of 77.74% in Commercial Vehicle Sales Data for September 2022. The company ended September 2022 with an 82.02% increase in domestic sales and a 3.23% increase in its export sales.
DOMESTIC SALE TABLE
Ashok Leyland Commercial Vehicle Sales Report September 2022 highlighted a sky-high increase of 82.02%, including a 122% increase in the M&HCV Trucks category and a 41% increase in the LCV category. Talking about total units sold categorically, the company’s Commercial Vehicle Sales Report September 2022 shows that the M&HCV Trucks category had 9,628 units sold for September 2022 as compared to 4,341 units sold for September 2021. However, in the LCV category, the company Commercial Vehicle Sales in India marked 6,024 units sold for September 2022 as compared to 4,258 units sold for September 2021.
EXPORT SALE TABLE
As for Ashok Leyland Export commercial vehicle sales statistics 2022, a total increase of 3.23% was observed, including a 7.16% increase in the M&HCV Trucks category and a 1.8% decline in the LCV category. M&HCV Trucks category had 299 units sold for September 2022 as compared to 279 units sold for September 2021. The LCV category had 211 units sold for September 2022 as compared to 215 units sold for September 2021.
GROSS (DOMESTIC + EXPORT) SALES
The gross (Domestic + Export) commercial vehicle sales figures 2022 for Ashok Leyland recorded an impressive sales gain of 77.74% for September 2022. This overall growth includes a 115% increase in the M&HCV Trucks category, whereas a 39% increase was witnessed for the LCV category for September 2022. In the M&HCV Trucks category, 9,927 units were sold in September 2022 as compared to 4,620 units sold in September 2021. On the other hand, in the LCV category, 6,235 units were sold in September 2022 as compared to 4,473 units sold in September 2021.
