Ashok Leyland witnessed 21,348 commercial vehicles sales in the domestic market
Ashok Leyland brand runs under the flagship name of Hinduja Group. It is one of the most reliable commercial vehicle manufacturers in India. On a monthly basis, the brand releases its Commercial Vehicle Sales Data for that particular month. In the previous month of February 2023, the overall sales growth was 18.34%. Ashok Leyland CV Sales March 2023 observed an overall sales growth of 15.35%, including domestic and export sales. The company closed this period with an 18.71% growth in domestic sales and a 54.01% downfall in export sales.

Ashok Leyland Commercial Vehicle Sales Report March 2023 saw a remarkable sales growth of 18.71%. It witnessed 21,348 units sold in March 2023 and 17,983 units in March 2022. This brand saw an 18% sales growth in the M&HCV category and a 19% sales growth in the LCV Trucks. Ashok Leyland Truck Sales Report March 2023 shows that 14,399 M&HCV Trucks were sold in this period compared to 12,161 units in March 2022. However, 6,949 LCV units were sold in March 2023 compared to 5,822 units in March 2022.

As per the latest Ashok Leyland Export commercial vehicle sales statistics 2023 for March, a significant decline of 54.01% was seen. It reported 401 units sold in March 2023 as compared to 872 units in the same month of the previous year. The brand observed a decline of 64.88% in the M&HCV Trucks and a 34.40% decline in the LCV category. In the M&HCV category, the company sold 197 commercial vehicle units for March 2023 compared to 561 units for March 2022. On the other hand, the LCV truck observed sales of 204 units for March 2023 compared to 311 units in March 2022.
Commercial Vehicle Sales Data March 2023 : Gross Sales (Domestic + Export)
Ashok Leyland Gross Commercial Vehicle Sales Figures 2023 for March highlighted a sales growth of 15.35%. It recorded selling units of 21,749 in March 2023 compared to 18,855 units in March 2022. The company observed sales growth of 15% in M&HCV and 17% in LCV for March 2023. In the M&HCV category, 14,596 units were sold in March 2023, compared to 12,722 units in March 2022. Conversely, in the LCV category, 7,153 units were sold in March 2023, compared to 6,133 units sold in March 2022.
