GoGo electric autos unveiled with 251 km range, longest in segment
Bajaj Auto Ltd. has introduced its latest electric three-wheeler brand, Bajaj GoGo, offering a powerful range of up to 251 km per charge. The company has launched three passenger models: P5009, P5012, and P7012. The starting price for the P5009 is INR 3,26,797, while the P7012 costs INR 3,83,004 (ex-showroom Delhi). Bookings have started at all Bajaj dealerships across the country.
Smart Features for a Better Experience
The GoGo three wheelers come with a two-speed automated transmission, which helps in climbing slopes smoothly. The naming system is also easy to understand—'P' stands for passenger models, while '50' and '70' indicate size categories. The numbers '09' and '12' represent battery capacities of 9 kWh and 12 kWh, respectively.
To enhance safety and durability, Bajaj has designed the vehicles with a full metal body and advanced safety features like Auto Hazard and Anti Roll Detection. Additionally, GoGo models include LED lighting, Hill Hold Assist, and a 5 year battery warranty, ensuring long-term reliability.
Extra Features for More Convenience
For drivers looking for more advanced features, Bajaj offers a special 'Premium TecPac'. This package includes smart features like remote immobilisation and reverse assist, which add extra convenience and security.
Official Statement by Bajaj Auto
Samardeep Subandh, President of the Intra City Business Unit at Bajaj Auto Ltd., highlighted the benefits of GoGo three-wheelers. He said, "With a certified range of up to 251 km, first-in-segment features, and Bajaj’s trusted reliability, GoGo offers a complete solution for customers who want to increase their earnings while reducing downtime and maintenance hassles."
Inspired by Global and Indian Roots
The name ‘GoGo’ comes from a commonly used term for three-wheelers worldwide. It reflects Bajaj’s goal of bringing continuous innovation while staying true to its Indian heritage.
Cargo Variants Coming Soon
Currently, Bajaj has launched passenger models, but the company has confirmed that cargo variants will be introduced soon. This will expand the GoGo product range, making it a complete electric three-wheeler solution for both passenger and cargo transport.
With the launch of GoGo, Bajaj Auto aims to make electric mobility more efficient, profitable, and accessible for all users.
