In January 2025, domestic commercial vehicle sales rose by 7.69%, with units sold increasing from 29,130 in January 2024 to 31,369 in January 2025. LCV 2T – 3.5T
This segment showed a steady improvement. Mahindra closed January 2025 sales with 19,209 units, an increase from 18,302 units in January 2024. This marked a growth of 5%, highlighting strong demand in this category.
LCV > 3.5T + MHCV
The LCV > 3.5T + MHCV segment experienced a slight increase in January 2025. Sales rose to 1,167 units compared to 1,140 units in January 2024, reflecting a 2% increase.
3-Wheelers (Including Electric 3Ws)
The 3-wheeler category, including the electric segment, registered a positive trend. In January 2025, 7,452 units were sold, compared to 5,649 units in January 2024. This represented a 31.92% increase, indicating growing interest in electric and traditional 3-wheelers.
