Mumbai Firm Launches New Battery Line for Three‑Wheelers & Light Commercial Vehicles
Neuron Energy, based in Mumbai, has launched its second‑generation lithium‑ion battery packs. These new Gen 2 batteries will be available for electric two‑wheelers, three‑wheelers, and light commercial vehicles from July 2025. In addition to adding new products, the company aims to earn over ₹250 crore in revenue from this launch.
Built for India’s Tough Roads
The Gen 2 batteries include several smart improvements. First, Neuron added better heat dissipation features to prevent overheating on hot Indian roads. They also reinforced the structure to fit different vehicle models easily and added vibration protection to withstand bumpy rides. In addition, a smart Battery Management System helps balance cells, so batteries last longer and need less maintenance.
