Construction Work Gets a Boost from Tippers and Trailers
The construction of an emergency road near Noida International Airport is moving forward quickly. This 8-kilometre-long and 30-metre-wide road will be a key route for ambulances, fire services, police, and cargo vehicles. Officials say it will be ready later this year, just in time for the airport's grand opening.
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) began building the road earlier this month. During a recent inspection, Noida District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma stressed the importance of completing the work on time. “He added that the airport is a major project of both the Government of India and the Uttar Pradesh Government. Any delays will not be accepted.”
To speed up construction, many tippers and trailers are being used to move soil, stones, and other materials. Brands like Tata and Ashok Leyland are providing strong and reliable tipper trucks. These vehicles are essential for building the emergency road quickly and safely.
According to SDM Jewar Abhay Kumar Singh, “the levelling work is currently going on. The project is on track and expected to be completed within six months.”
In addition, this new road will also help in the fast movement of cargo and improve safety around the airport area. Overall, this emergency road project is not only a step forward for infrastructure but also highlights the important role of commercial vehicles in keeping things moving smoothly.
