New Delhi, January 17, 2025 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 today, marking the beginning of a six-day event dedicated to the future of mobility in India. Running from January 17 to 22, this landmark expo features over 100 launches spanning automobiles, components, and advanced mobility technologies. - VECV (Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles): Known for its expertise in heavy trucks and buses, VECV is making its debut in the small commercial vehicle (SCV) category with a new range of electric pick-ups, signalling its entry into this emerging segment.
- Ashok Leyland: Expanding its portfolio, Ashok Leyland is introducing the Saathi brand, a fresh lineup of SCVs designed to complement its popular Dost range. This launch underscores its focus on versatility and eco-friendly solutions.
- Tata Motors: As an industry leader, Tata Motors is unveiling its most comprehensive range yet, featuring vehicles powered by electric, CNG, and flex-fuel technologies. This lineup highlights Tata’s commitment to sustainable transportation.

The Auto Expo’s return to Pragati Maidan after a decade has added to the excitement, bringing cutting-edge innovations in EVs and futuristic mobility solutions under one roof.
