Schaeffler's REPXPERT Technical Training Van to Boost the CV Sector

This technical training van will visit the key markets of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.

Schaeffler India, a leading industrial and automotive supplier, has launched REPXPERT; a technical training van. This initiative is totally dedicated to the Commercial Vehicle segment. The brand said that this van will continue the legacy of its REPEXPERT mobile training centre's legacy, launched in October 2019.

It is a first-of-its-kind initiative in the CV segment to educate the mechanics and technicians on advanced technical training. It will impart knowledge on new-age transmission, chassis and continuously evolving CV applications. This van will travel to the key markets in multiple states. It includes Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

The training program for this van will encompass a range of subjects, listed as follows:

Handling mechanism of flywheel and clutch during the clutch fitment.
To check the clutch release in installed condition.
The use of a customised hydraulic press for clutch release checks.
Checking the scientific clutch bleeding process with specialised tools.
Differences between the Diaphragm and Coil type over assemblies.
The Fitment of Universal Joint Cross with special tools.
Insight into the Lubricants of Commercial Vehicles.

The brand is steering the CV training van campaign on the success of its previous campaign for the passenger car segment. The brand said that it would continue empowering the technicians & mechanics with advanced knowledge.
