Tata Motors Launches New Commercial Vehicles In Auto Expo 2023

The brand unveils 14 new models of Trucks & Buses, which are based on alternative fuel technologies for reaching the goal of Zero Carbon Emission.

One of the biggest Commercial Vehicle manufacturers, Tata Motors, has unveiled 14 new models of futuristic vehicles. All vehicles are based on alternate fuel technology as the brand wants to achieve zero carbon emission by 2045. Here we have a complete list of the products that were in the event.

N Chandrasekaran, Executive Chairman of Tata Sons and Chairman of Tata Motors, said, “Tata Motors is focusing on three transitions: digital, energy, and supply chain. These transitions change and drive growth not just for the Tata Group but also for the Indian economy. At the group level, we are driving sustainability through three pillars: commitment to zero-emission, commitment to the circular economy, and to preserve nature and biodiversity. Every group company is working together to achieve these,”.

All New 14 Products of Tata Motors:-

The company has revealed 14 new models in this event, representing the future they are shaping. All the products are launched across natural gas, battery electric, fuel-agnostic, hydrogen cell electric, and hydrogen cell ICE categories.

Mr Girish Wagh unveiled all the new vehicles. It includes the new pickups of the company, which are the Intra V20 bi-fuel with the new Yodha CNG. Also, both of these vehicles will have the highest payload capacity in their segments.

In addition, the brand has launched India’s first LNG Tipper, Prima G.35K. The tipper will cater to the needs of heavy loading transport and eliminate the high carbon emissions. Furthermore, the new fuel agostic range of the brand was also in the event, with two products; first, the Signa (28 to 55 T range), and second the Azura (7 to 19 T). In addition, both of these trucks will offer cutting-edge technologies, updated fuel architecture, and modern cabins in the heavy and intermediate commercial vehicle segment.

Electric Battery & Hydrogen Fuel Segment:-

The brand has also launched some of the long-awaited electric commercial vehicles in this event. Most of the vehicles are for the intracity and last-mile deliveries. The brand has also revealed the new Magic EV, which has a legacy of 15 years but will now be available in electric fuels. Moreover, the Ultra E.9 is built to deliver heavy cargo transportation in the intracity segment. Similarly, the Prima E.28K is a concept for mining & construction applications.

In addition, the brand launched 2 vehicles in Hydrogen technology. First, the Starbus Fuel Cell EV is a passenger transportation vehicle. Prima E.55S is also a hydrogen fuel cell-powered vehicle. Also, Tata Motors has launched the Prima H.55S, which is based on the Hydrogen-Ice-Powered concept truck. The hydrogen based trucks are better for the environment and also play a big role in the Zero Carbon Emission plan.
