Godawari Electric Motors, the manufacturer of Eblu electric 2 & 3-wheelers, introduced a Roadside Assistance Program for their Eblu Rozee electric 3-wheeler on Nov 14, 2023. This program offers a complimentary 3-year assistance package to anyone purchasing the Eblu Rozee throughout Nov 2023 (from 1st to 30th Nov).
24x7 assistance is available nationwide through all company service points without any extra charges. This round-the-clock service encompasses various benefits, such as flat tire aid, battery jumpstart, lockout service, minor repairs, and towing assistance. Customers can access a dedicated 24x7 helpline in case of emergencies, and skilled technicians will be dispatched promptly, including towing truck support if needed.
Additionally, in case of a significant breakdown, towing assistance up to 40 km to the nearest authorised service centre will be provided.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr Hyder Khan, CEO of Godawari Electric Motors, said,
"We have a clear customer-centric approach as EV adoption in the country is at an all-time high and perceptions about EVs have significantly improved in the past couple of years. We have carefully curated the RSA program for Eblu Rozee customers and have trained our technicians to address any customer concerns with shorter turnaround times. We will continue to enhance EV ownership for our customers and create a holistic ecosystem to drive the sustainability agenda."
Godawari Electric Motors has 50 dealerships all over the country. They aim to reach 100 dealerships by the end of this year to sell their electric vehicles. The company currently sells various EVs like the Eblu Feo scooter, Eblu Spin, Thrill e-bicycles, and Eblu Reino loader.
