The most awaited automobile event, Auto Expo, is back after 3 years, and all the industries and customers are excited about this. This event is a biennial event which means it happens after every 2 years. The 15th edition of the show happened in February 2020, but it missed the last year because of the pandemic. But now, the 16th edition is starting on 13th January, and here are some things you should know before going to the event. Dates & Timing of the Auto Expo 2023
The dates and timings of the Auto Expo 2023 have been revealed, and here we have full details about it. The Expo is starting from the 13th till the 18th of January. On the inauguration day, the show’s timings are 11:00 AM to 8:00 AM. which is business hours. From 14th January onwards, the show’s timings are also the same, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The gates of the halls will be closed 1 hour before the entry time; similarly, the entries will be closed 30 minutes before the closing time.
Where is the Auto Expo 2023 Happening
Auto Expo 2023 is happening at two places this year. The Auto Component Expo is taking place at the Pragati Maidan in Delhi. On the other hand, the Auto Expo 2023 is happening at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. The premises of the show is located on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
How to Reach the Venue of the Event:-
You can reach the event’s premises by multiple ways as it is close to railway and metro stations. The event is happening at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. The nearest metro station from the location is Knowledge Park II which is a walking distance away. Also, The Galgotia College Of Engineering & Technology is 1.3 KM away from the event location. In addition, there will be many public transportation options which will be available for last-mile connectivity.
How to Attend the Auto Expo 2023:-
You can attend the Auto Expo 2023 by having a ticket, which is available online on many portals like BookMyShow. The tickets’ prices differ for different days and start from Rs. 350 to Rs. 750. For example, on the opening day of the 13th of January, the ticket price is Rs. 750, and on the 14th & 15th of January, the prices will be Rs. 475. While on the final days of the event, on the 16th or 17th of January, the prices are Rs. 350. The single ticket will allow the person’s entry once, so if you have plans to visit the Expo, you need multiple tickets. Children up to the age of 5, all wheelchair users, and people assisting them are free from buying tickets.
What Things Are Not Allowed in the Auto Expo 2023:-
If you are attending the Auto Expo 2023, you must know the things that are not allowed inside the premises. You can not take any food and beverages inside the auto show as there will be stalls for food. In addition, you can not take the pets to the auto show as they are not allowed to take them in. You can take a bag inside but beware and there will be no storage area, so only take things you can carry for the whole time.
