Electric Vehicles Become Cheaper After The FAME-2 Subsidy and EV Policy of The States

Due to the rising prices of petrol and diesel, the trend of electric vehicles has started across the country. If someone wants to buy a new vehicle, he also looks for an electric vehicle; that's why many companies have come into the market to sell electric vehicles. The sales of three-wheelers and two-wheelers of indigenous electric vehicle manufacturer Ampere Vehicles have increased. The FAME-2 subsidy of the Central Government and the Electric Vehicle Policy of the State Governments have brought down the rate of Ampere's electric vehicles significantly and are accessible to ordinary consumers. Ampere Electric has opened more than 500 dealerships across the country for direct consumer engagement.

Added More Than 20 New Dealers since April

Indigenous electric vehicle manufacturer Ampere Vehicles has expanded to 500 customer touchpoints across various states, including 350 dealerships in the electric two-wheeler segment and 165 dealerships in the three-wheeler e-rickshaw segment. More than 20 new dealers have been added since April this year. The demand for two-wheelers and three-wheelers of Ampere Vehicle Company is increasing continuously. The company is constantly adding retail touchpoints to facilitate the growing demand for its Electric Vehicle (EV) in both segments.

Customers Get Total Value for Money

The Ampere company says that their electric three-wheelers and two-wheelers provide customers with total value for their money. Many fleet companies have used the company's shared vehicles for a long time. The company has integrated its physical touchpoints with digital features to provide a holistic 'Physical' experience. As a result, the number of investors and partners of the company is increasing continuously, thereby increasing the company's profit. Roy Kurian (Chief Operating Officer, Ampere's e-Mobility business) says, "With growing touchpoints, online and offline customer experience, customer-friendly schemes, we are providing our customers with total value for their money spent. 

Ampere Vehicle Price

Ampere's electric vehicles have become cheaper due to the state governments' FAME-II subsidy and EV policies. The company says that Ampere's electric vehicles have become more affordable than ever after the FAME-II subsidy and EV policy by several states. For example, after announcing the EV policy in Gujarat, scooter models like Ampere Magnus and Zeel have become cheaper by up to Rs 20000, benefitting the consumers.

Ampere Electric Vehicle Running Cost

Apart from three-wheelers, two-wheelers are also being preferred in the electric vehicle segment of Ampere Vehicle Company. Ampere's electric scooters are made from lightweight, portable lithium-ion batteries, which provide a comfortable ride for minimal cost. Let us tell you that the cost of running Ampere electric scooters comes to just 15 paise/km.

Ampere to Invest Rs 700 Crore in 10 Years

Ampere will set up a new e-mobility manufacturing plant at Ranipet, Tamil Nadu. For this, an investment of Rs 700 crore will be made in a phased manner over 10 years, and the company has signed an MoU with the state government. The plant will spread over 10.50 lakh square feet and be one of India's state-of-the-art e-mobility manufacturing plants.
