Ashok Leyland Introduces 'Sarathi Suraksha' Policy with Rs 10 Lakh Insurance Coverage for Drivers

Ashok Leyland, a leading manufacturer of heavy commercial vehicles, has introduced the 'Sarathi Suraksha' Policy, designed to safeguard the driver community with insurance coverage of up to Rs 10 lakh.

This policy is classified as an 'Unnamed GPA (Group Personal Accident) policy. Further, this initiative provides comprehensive protection for any driver operating an Ashok Leyland vehicle. Also, this policy covers accidental death, permanent and partial disability, and a special education bonus for drivers' children.

The Sarathi Suraksha Policy is a testament to our dedication to their safety, security, and well-being," Ashok Leyland Managing Director and CEO Shenu Agarwal stated in a company announcement on Tuesday.
