In August 2021, domestic sales were at 3864 units, a 76.4% increase as opposed to 2190 units in August 2020.
Eicher Motors Limited notified the exchanges on Wednesday that total Eicher trucks and buses sales increased by 91.3% YoY to 4667 units in August 2021 from 2440 units in August 2020. The organisation sold 14501 units a year to date over 6636 units during the same period last year, a rise of 118.5% YoY.
Domestic sales were at 3864 parts in August 2021, a 76.4% rose compared to 2190 units in August 2020. Domestic sales through the year were 11388 units, an 110.6% increase instead of 5408 units during the same period last year.
Complete exportation grew 221.2% to 803 from 250 in August 2020. Year to date exports at 3113 units, up 153.5% from 1228 units in (YTD) August 2020. Volvo Trucks & Buses sales progressed 240.5% to 126 teams from 37 units. The year to date sales of Volvo Trucks & Buses were 369 units, up 139.6% YoY from 154 units.
The company delivered the information to SIAM (the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers) regarding the sale volume of VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, an unknown subsidiary of Eicher Motors Limited, for August 2021.
At around 12.20 pm, Eicher Motors Ltd was trading at Rs 2,741.80 per piece, up by Rs 62.3 or 2.33% from its early closing of Rs 2,679.50 per piece on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs 2,679.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs 2,765 and Rs 2,674.25, respectively.
