FADA 3-Wheeler Retail Sales Show 12.88% Increase in July 2024
In July 2024, the retail sales of FADA 3-wheelers rose significantly by 12.88%, indicating a robust growth pattern in the market.
According to the latest FADA retail sales data for July 2024, sales of 3-wheeler vehicles rose 12.88%. Atul Auto led the market with a remarkable 68.75% growth, while TVS Motors recorded a notable 43.86% rise in sales.
FADA shared sales figures for 3-wheeler OEMs for July 2024, indicating a rise in sales for most brands. The group's total sales increased significantly to 110,497 units, up from the 97,891 units reported in July 2023. This signifies a significant increase of 12.88% in the 3-wheeler segment.

Bajaj
Bajaj is among the top three-wheeler OEMs in the market. The July 2024 FADA three-wheeler report revealed Bajaj's sales of 38,728 units, up from 34,104 units in July 2023. Consequently, the brand experienced a growth rate of 13.56%.
Piaggio
As per the FADA report on three-wheeler sales, Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. experienced a 6.15% increase in sales, selling 8,439 vehicles in July 2024 compared to 7,950 units in July 2023.
Mahindra
Mahindra experienced a 23.65% increase in retail sales in July 2024. To substantiate, it sold 6,187 units in July 2023, which increased to 7,650 in July 2024.
Y.C. Electric
The Y.C. Electric brand sold 3,857 units in July 2024, a 7.29% increase from the 3,595 units sold in July 2023.
Mayuri
This brand sold 2,573 three-wheelers in July 2024, compared to 2,723 units in the same month last year. Henceforth, Mayuri decreased its sales by 5.51%.
Atul Auto
This 3-wheeler company's retail sales report increased by 68.75%. Atul Auto sold 2,376 units in July 2024, compared to 1,408 in July 2023.
Citylife
Citylife, also known as Dilli Electric Auto Pvt. Ltd., closed the month with a loss. The brand sold 2,268 commercial vehicles in July 2024, compared to 2,473 units in July 2023, experiencing an 8.29% sales dip.
TVS Motors
TVS, a renowned manufacturer, also concluded the month with positive sales figures. The brand sold 1,981 three-wheelers in July 2024, compared to 1,377 units in July 2023, and generated 43.86% growth.
Mini Metro
The retail sales statistics for July 2024 show that Mini Metro sales decreased by 8.61%. They sold 41,192 units in July 2024, compared to 36,506 in July 2023.
Others Including EV
Every other company, including EV, UNIQUE INTERNATIONAL, ENERGY ELECTRIC VEHICLES, HOTAGE INDIA, ALLFINE INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, and others, experienced a combined sales increase of 12.84%. In July 2024, they sold 34,931 items, whereas in July 2023, they sold 32,504 units.
