Mahindra created the highest sales growth of 152.26%, while Bajaj Auto sold the most vehicles in June 2023.
FADA, the Federation Of Automobiles Dealership Association, has released the sales data of 3-wheeler OEM for the month of June 2023. And all of the brands have created positive growth in sales. The segment saw sales of 86,511 units in June 2023, which was 49,299 units in June 2022, which increased by 75.48%.
Here let's break down the total sales according to the brands.

Bajaj:
Bajaj is one of the most prominent three-wheelers OEMs in the market. In the FADA three-wheeler report in June 2023, Bajaj sold 30,624 units against 12,764 in June 2022. As a result, the brand observed a growth of 139.92%.
Piaggio:
According to the Three-wheeler sales in India of FADA, Piaggio stayed at the second position after selling 5,826 units of vehicles. Whereas the brand sold 4,557 units in June 2022, observing a growth of 27.85%.
Mahindra:
The brand experienced a sales growth of 152.26% in retail sales of June 2023. Mahindra sold 2,080 units in June 2022, which increased to 5,247 units in June 2023.
Y.C. Electric:
Y.C. Electric sold 3,470 units in the sales of June 2023 Three-wheeler sales figure. The brand registered a hike of 45.49% as the units sold in June 2022 were 2,385.
Mayuri:
Mayuri sold 2,364 units of three-wheeler in the month of June in 2023 against the 1,523 units in the same month last year. The brand increased sales by 55.22%.
Citylife:
Citylife, also known as Dilli Electric Auto Pvt. Ltd., has closed the month with good growth. The brand sold 2,140 units of commercial vehicles in June 2023 against 1,070 units in June 2022 and made a growth of 100% in sales.
Atul Auto:
This 3-wheeler company registered a growth of 20.07% in its retail sales report. Atul Auto sold 1,639 units in June 2023 compared to 1,365 units in June 2022.
Mini Metro:
Mini Metro followed a positive sales trend of 60.68% in the retail sales statistics in June 2023. They sold 1,504 units in June 2023 compared to 936 units in June 2022.
TVS Motors:
TVS, one of the most famous manufacturers, also ended its month with sales on the positive side. The brand sold 1,398 units of three-wheeler in June 2023 against the 1,161 units in June 2022 and generated growth of 20.41%.
Saarthi:
Saarthi or Champion Poly Plast observed a slight increase of 8% in their June 2023 sales. The brand ends June 2023 with 1,175 units, whereas the units sold in June 2022 were 1,088.
J.S. Auto:
The J.S. Auto company observed a positive sales growth of 53.27% in the Three Wheeler Sales Report in June 2023. It sold 984 units in June 2023 compared to 642 units in June 2022.
All other brands, including electric vehicle manufacturers, highlighted a sales surge of 52.78%. They sold 30,140 in June 2023, as compared to 19,728 units in June 2022.
