Mahindra CV Domestic Sales Growth 40% in October 2022

Mahindra Commercial Vehicle Highest Growth of 44% Both Segments LCV < 2T & 3 Wheelers

Mahindra is the known market leader in the segment of SCV (Small Commercial Vehicle). It observed a domestic sales growth of 40% in the month of October 2022. The company sold 26,061 commercial vehicle units in October 2022 as compared to 18,604 units in October 2021.

Mahindra ICV sales data marked progressive sales growth in almost every segment except in LCV > 3.5T + MHCV category. The LCV < 2T category registered 44% growth, with 4,562 units sold in October 2022 compared to 3,175 units in October 2021. Similarly, the three-wheelers (including electric vehicles) category registered 44% sales growth. The LCV 2T - 3.5 T category recorded a 41% sales growth of CV sales in India. LCV > 3.5T + MHCV category recorded a decline of 5%.

Veejay Nakra, President of the Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., stated, “Our sales volume continued to hike in the month of October on the back of strong festive demand. We sold 32,226 SUVs in October, recording a growth of 61%, fueled by robust demand across our portfolio. Our Commercial Vehicles also recorded remarkable growth for the month.”

Mahindra Export CV Sales Statistics 2022

The Mahindra export CV sales figures 2022 for October show 2755 units sold, with a 13% decline as compared to the 3174 units sold in October 2021. However, the cumulative Commercial Vehicle Sales Data in October 2022 increased by 5% compared to the previous year.
