New Delhi: OSM (Omega Seiki Mobility Pvt. Ltd.) unveiled its first Electric SCV (small commercial vehicle), M1KA. With this product, the brand remains to offer a best-in-class appearance, dependability, and a value proposition with lower TCO, the company said in a statement. OSM will start accepting bookings for the vehicle from the fourth quarter of 2021.
M1KA is provided with a lightweight, NMC-based battery of 90 kWh providing the most extended driving range of 250kms in a single charge. The battery takes 4 hours to charge fully at the DC Fast Charging Stations.
Its payload has a ability to carry 2 tonnes is further supported by 6 leaf springs suspension in the front and 7 in the rear, making M1KA an ideal SCV for expressway drives that too on any area. The all-new M1KA sports a chassis of superior tensile strength. On the inside, the vehicle arrives with a large 10 feet storage place suitable for the heavy and full load.

Omega Seiki Mobility, whose EV manufacturing plant in Faridabad, launched its first electric three-wheeler in early 2020. The company aims to grow into a complete mobility solutions provider in the EV market.
