The ACE EV 1000 is a purpose-built electric vehicle that promotes sustainability without compromising efficiency. Its 1-tonne payload capacity makes it suitable for transporting heavy loads across cities, while its zero-emission design supports eco-friendly operations.
With a certified range of 161 km on a single charge, the ACE EV 1000 is well-suited for multi-stop deliveries. The vehicle can cut through busy streets or narrow lanes, maintaining unbroken operations to meet demands in urban logistics.

The ACE EV 1000's battery system is certified with an IP67 rating, which means that it is dust- and waterproof—a critical feature for unpredictable Indian weather conditions. Its cooling system improves the battery's life, ensuring the customer can use it in all seasons.
The truck has a rugged suspension system consisting of parabolic leaf springs at the front end and semi-elliptical springs at the rear end. Additionally, there are front disc brakes and rear drum brakes, along with some regenerative braking, for energy-saving purposes and safer rides.
Versatile charging options directly benefit fleet operators. A regular charger charges the battery to full capacity in seven hours, while fast charging charges it from 10% to 80% in about 105 minutes. Flexibility thus means that the vehicle will always be ready for the next delivery.
The ACE EV 1000's spacious cargo box (2140 mm x 1430 mm x 300 mm) makes it highly versatile for high-volume deliveries in FMCG and transporting temperature-sensitive goods in the dairy industry.
The truck's payload and operating capacity are designed to meet the demands of beverage and LPG transportation, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
With a top speed of 60 kmph and features such as regenerative braking, the ACE EV 1000 is a reliable, eco-friendly option for urban business requirements. A seven-year warranty on its battery and maintenance packages only adds to the product, providing fleet owners with long-term value.
