Tata Motors Introduces 'Customer Care Mahotsav' for CV Customers

India's leading CV producer, Tata Motors, has launched a customer engagement program for commercial vehicle customers.

Tata Motors, the biggest manufacturer of commercial vehicles in India, has initiated a customer-focused initiative called 'Customer Care Mahotsav' for its commercial vehicle clientele. The initiative, which will run across the country from January 14 to March 30, 2024, will be centered on all authorized Tata Motors service locations.

The main goal of the Customer Care Mahotsav is to give truck drivers and fleet owners a forum for in-depth communication so that Tata Motors can get feedback about their needs and the new trends.

The program provides a number of advantages to the user, including access to value-added services like Fleet Management Solutions (FMS), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Fleet Edge, as well as thorough vehicle inspections by qualified technicians and significant savings on certain Tata Genuine Parts.

Comprehensive instruction on safe and fuel-efficient driving techniques, medical exams, hygiene kits, and specifically created value propositions under the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 concept are all included in the effort for drivers.
