In November, Tata Motors reported a massive 25% growth in total sales, another best month for Tata Motors.
Tata Motors reported an outstanding sales figure in November. The total sales of Tata Motors rose 25% compared with 49,650 units during November 2020 by selling 62,192 vehicles. The company's domestic sales grew to 62,192 units in November 2021 from 49,650 units a year ago, a growth of 21%.
The passenger vehicle (PV) sales of Tata Motors rose 38% year-on-year during November to 29,778, whereas its commercial vehicle (CV) sales rose 15% to 32,245 units. In the electric vehicle segment, Tata Motors domestic sales grew 324% YoY to 1,751 units as against 413 in November 2020.
Total Commercial vehicles sales of Tata Motors grew 15% Year-on-year to 32,245 units in November 2021. Also, the total medium and heavy commercial vehicles sales stood at 9,505 units in November 2021, compared with 6,340 units in November 2020.
Total domestic CV sales grew by 8% to 28,295 units in November 2020 compared to November 2020. CV exports grew by 124% to 3,950 units in November 2020 over November 2021.
On a consolidated basis, Tata Motors' net loss stood at Rs 4,441.57 crore in Q2 FY22 against a net loss of Rs 314 crore in Q2 FY21. Revenue from operations grew by 14.7% to Rs 61,379 crore in Q2 FY22 over Q2 FY21.
