Euler Motors, an electric vehicle manufacturer which has been at the forefront of EV innovation in India, has just made a huge announcement. In a new strategic move, the company has appointed Anal Vijay Singh as VP of Manufacturing & Plant Head. He is an auto industry veteran and will be leading the Palwal facility in Haryana. He has over 35 years of distinguished career experience and has served as a plant head at Tata Motors Limited as well. He had led large-scale production & supply chain operations for the SCV segment.
This new strategic move shows Euler’s commitment towards an unparalleled EV manufacturing hub that will keep pace with the riding demands within the CV industry. Euler Motors ranked 3rd in three-wheeler commercial EV sales in the last quarter of CV 2023. The brand reported an aggressive demand during the festive season.
Anal Vijay Singh is going to take the lead to create a seamless tech integration, manufacturing & supply chain process with an aim to enable the plant to reach a 35k-unit annual capacity. Furthermore, he is going to ensure the timely delivery of tasks, including plant deliverables, facility planning & cost optimisation overall. In addition to this, he is going further to ensure the quality of manufacturing across the value chain.
However, his responsibilities will extend beyond the basics. He will incorporate the principles of Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM), and safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment (SQDCME), ensuring that the state-of-the-art facility and excellence are maintained.

Anal Vijay Singh has some of the most respectable milestones in his career. Some of these include establishing a manufacturing facility for Tata’s SCV platform - Tata Intra. He has led a successful launch of multiple BS6 SCVs, including Ace EV. Anal is certified under the 1000 visionary SME programme in 2025-16, which was a joint effort of CII, DIPP GOI & JICA. He has also been a Board Member of the National Board for Quality Promotion (NBQP), QCI & has been a special invitee to the CII Uttarakhand State Council.
