Euler Motors Revealed the New HiLoad EV with Enhanced Range

The new HiLoad EV from Euler Motors comes with an ARAI-tested range of 170 KM on a single charge and has a 13 kWh battery pack.

Euler Motors, one of India's growing electric vehicle manufacturers, has launched the advanced version of HiLoad EV 2023. This updated vehicle has a 13 (12.96) kWh battery pack and an ARAI-tested certified range of 170 KM (Real Range TM 100-120 KM). Also, the loading capacity of this electric cargo vehicle has been upgraded, and now it can carry 688 KG of payload. And the company has claimed that it will deliver 30% more earnings than any other 3-wheeler cargo in India.

Upgrades of the HiLoad EV 2023

The brand has focused on driving partner profitability and catering to the needs of e-commerce and institutional customers. As a result, it offers 170 cubic feet of loading capacity in addition to the existing 120 cubic feet capacity. It is launched after several upgrades, which will help the vehicle carry any payload on any terrain. HiLoad EV 2023 showcases many design changes and offers a sharper, cutting-edge exterior. 

The vehicle also features a wider windshield and sliding windows for better ergonomics. The new halogen lamps provide a new front look and better visibility in foggy and low-light conditions. The cabin is also upgraded with smooth touch points backrest offering better access to the space utilization. The new HiLoad EV 2023 comes with industry-leading 200-mm front disc brakes. It also has an independent drivetrain allowing high stopping power with an independent axle system providing better driveability. 

It is fitted with a better suspension and steering control system and has 30% more tyre width, which enhances its road grip. Apart from this, the overall weight of this vehicle has been reduced by 30 KG, providing high balance, better efficiency and high performance. Finally, it has been engineered with software upgrades such as public charging compatibility and remote immobilization.

The 13kWh battery pack of this vehicle comes with patented liquid cooling and DC fast charging and is fully compliant with AIS 156 Amendment III phase 2 norms. 

For the battery specifications, Saurav Kumar said, "At Euler Motors, we want to build technologically advanced and safe EVs and our compliance with AIS 156 Amendment III Phase2 is a testament to this vision.With the most powerful battery pack in the segment in India, we have ensured it is enhanced to provide our customers a safe and reliable EV experience with a focus on mass deployments."

The new HiLoad EV 2023 is available in 3 variants; HiLoad PV, HiLoad DV and HiLoad HD and the bookings are open for all three. Currently, the brand is manufacturing the HiLoad EV 2023 in its state-of-the-art facility in Palwal, Haryana. Also, the brand is looking to deploy 6000 units in FY '24.
