Fada 3-Wheeler Sales Report for Feb 2024: Total Sales Increase 23.88%

In the latest retail sales report released by FADA for February 2024, an impressive surge of 23.88% in 3-wheeler sales has been revealed. Leading the charts in vehicle sales for the month is TVS Motors, boasting the highest sales growth at a remarkable 44.16%. Notably, other manufacturers, including those in the electric vehicle (EV) sector, also experienced substantial sales growth, hitting 36.89%.

FADA disclosed the sales figures for 3-wheeler original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in Feb 2024, demonstrating positive sales upticks across all brands.

The segment's collective sales rose to 94,918 units, a substantial increase from the 76,619 units recorded in February 2023. This marks a notable 23.88% growth within the 3-wheeler category.

Brand Wise 3-wheeler Sales Report Data for February 2024

Bajaj

Bajaj is one of the most prominent three-wheeler OEMs in the market. The FADA three-wheeler report for Feb 2024 showed that Bajaj sold 34,677 units, compared to 29,883 in Feb 2023. As a result, the brand observed a growth rate of 16.04%.

Piaggio

According to the FADA three-wheeler sales report, Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. sold 8,010 vehicles in February 2024, up from 6,780 units in February 2023, a growth of 18.14%.

Mahindra

Mahindra experienced a 24.90% increase in retail sales in February 2024. To substantiate, it sold 4,686 units in February 2023, which increased to 5,853 in February 2024.

Y.C. Electric

Y.C. Electric sold 3,356 units in Feb 2024, registering a hike of 28.09% when compared to the 2,620 units that were sold in Feb 2023.

Mayuri

This brand sold 2,090 three-wheelers in Feb 2024, compared to 1,856 units in the same month last year. Henceforth, Mayuri increased its sales by 12.61%.

Citylife

Citylife, also known as Dilli Electric Auto Pvt. Ltd., closed the month with a decent growth graph. The brand sold 1,990 commercial vehicles in February 2024, compared to 1,564 units in February 2023, experiencing a growth rate of 27.24% in sales.

Atul Auto

This 3-wheeler company experienced a fall of 0.71% in its retail sales report. Atul Auto sold 1,961 units in Feb 2024, compared to 1,975 in Feb 2023

TVS Motors

TVS, a renowned manufacturer, also concluded the month with positive sales figures. The brand sold 1,926 three-wheelers in February 2024, compared to 1,336 units in February 2023, and generated growth of 44.16%.

Mini Metro

The retail sales statistics for February 2024 show that Mini Metro sales rose by 22.51%. They sold 1,154 units in February 2024, compared to 942 in February 2023.

J. S. AUTO (P) LTD

J.S. Auto (P) Ltd. observed a 5.25% increase in their Feb 2024 sales. The brand closed in Feb 2024 with 963 units, whereas the units sold in Feb 2023 were 915.

All other brands, including electric vehicle manufacturers Hotage Corporation India and Unique International), saw a collective sales surge of 36.89%. They sold 32,938 units in Feb 2024, compared to 24,062 in Feb 2023.
