Mahindra Sold 29,130 Commercial Vehicles in the Domestic Market

The LCV > 3.5T + MHCV category recorded the highest growth of 145% in truck sales in India

In January 2024, Mahindra, a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer saw a 2.98% increase in its domestic CV sales. The sales figures reveal a rise from 28,286 units in January 2023 to 29,130 units in Jan 2024.

Mahindra Domestic CV Sales Report

LCV<2T

The category registered sales of 4,039 units in January 2024, compared to 2,675 units in Jan 2023. The brand witnessed a 51% increase in sales growth.

LCV 2 T–3.5 T

Mahindra closed the January 2024 sales with 17,116 units, whereas the sold units of LCV 2 T–3.5 T were 18,101 in the same month last year. The brand experienced a 5% decline in the 2024 FY.

LCV > 3.5T + MHCV

The LCV > 3.5T + MHCV segment experienced a growth of 145% in January. To illustrate, the segment sold 2,326 CVs in January 2024, compared to 948 units in January 2023.

3 Wheelers (Including Electric 3Ws)

The 3-wheeler category, including the electric segment, also registered a decline in sales. They sold 5,649 units of the 3-wheelers & electric 3-wheelers in January 2024, compared to 6,562 units in Jan 2023. As a result, the brand registered a fall of 14%.
