Tata Motors Launches Customer Care Mahotsav 2024 : A Nationwide Engagement Initiative

Tata Motors, India's leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, officially launched the Customer Care Mahotsav 2024. This engaging program will run from 23 October to 24 December, 2024, and will take place at over 2,500 authorized service centers across the country. The event is focused towards enhancing the after-sales experience for commercial vehicle customers, including fleet owners and drivers.

The Customer Care Mahotsav will offer a variety of benefits for participants, including:

  • Comprehensive Vehicle Check-Ups : Trained technicians will perform detailed inspections of vehicles.

  • Value-Added Services : Customers can access additional services tailored to their needs.

  • Driver Training Programs : Drivers will receive guidance on safe and fuel-efficient driving practices, enhancing overall road safety and efficiency.
