The Company's total exportation increased 54.5% to 788 units from 510 in September 2020.
Eicher Motors Limited has informed the change on Friday about its repeated sales data of VE Commercial Vehicles for September 2021.
The Company sold total Eicher trucks and buses at 6014 units connected to 3450 units in the same period last year, recording a 74.3% YoY growth. Additionally, the Company sold a total of 20515 units a year to date compared to 10086 units during a similar period last year, an improvement of 103.4% YoY.
Further, domestic sales recorded 77.8% growth to 5,226 units in September 2021 as against 2940 units during last year. Domestic sales during the year were 16614 units, an increase of 99% compared to 8348 units during the same period the prior year, said the company in a regulatory filing.
The Company's total exports increased 54.5% to 788 units from 510 in September 2020. Year to date exports at 3901 units, up 124.5% from 1738 units in (YTD) September 2020.
The Company released the sales data to the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) regarding the sale volume of VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, an unlisted subsidiary of Eicher Motors, for September 2021.
