The newly launched three-wheeler from Greaves is built to target both large and small businesses offering last-mile delivery.
Greaves Electric Mobility launched its latest three-wheeler, Eltra, targeting last-mile logistics service providers. The vehicle is powered by a 10.8 kWh battery pack, generating 9.5 kW of power. The company said this zero-emission vehicle offers optimised delivery routes, lowers downtime and increases the overall last-mile delivery efficiency. It also comes with a factory-fitted delivery box with a storage capacity of 140 cubic feet.

The vehicle is meant to target both small and large businesses. It gets a torque of 49 Nm and a 6.2-inch digital cluster with Bluetooth, navigation and technology integration capabilities. In addition, it has a 12-degree gradeability to handle inclines and hilly city pathways. The electrical components of this vehicle are waterproof and dustproof, ensuring no downtime in all weather conditions. This new Eletra is fitted with geolocation and geofencing, vehicle and driver performance management with end-to-end fleet management and remote diagnostic features.
The Greaves Eltra is manufactured by one of its subsidiaries, Greaves Electric Mobility, in the Hyderabad manufacturing unit. It will be available throughout India by its nationwide network.
