Mahindra Launched New Zor Grand Electric Three-Wheeler For Rs. 3.60 Lakh
Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited(LEML) claims that it produces best-in-class power of 12 kW and a claimed range of 100 kilometres.
Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited has launched the new vehicle in the cargo range, Zor Grand, which is priced at Rs. 3.60 Lakhs* in Bengaluru. Mahindra is continuously upgrading its electric vehicle portfolio by adding new vehicles. Mahindra also claims that it has more than 14900 bookings of Zor Grand from leading companies like Mahindra Logistics, Magenta EV Solutions, MoEVing, EVnow, Yelo EV, Zynga and more.
The brand has launched the vehicle with an upgraded battery pack which provides enhanced power of 12 KW with a 100 Kilometres range. In addition, the company claimed that the battery takes less than 4 hours to charge fully. Furthermore, the vehicle produces a torque of 50 NM and has a gradeability of 11.5 degrees.
On the launch, Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited's CEO said, "The last mile delivery and logistics segment has seen a need for premium and high-quality electric vehicles to enable reliable and cost-effective cargo transportation. We are excited to launch our all-new Zor Grand to address these demands effectively. It delivers a power-packed performance and enables us and our stakeholders to meet their sustainability goals."
The company also claimed that the maintenance cost of this vehicle is just 25 paise per km; by this, the customers can save additional Rs. 10,000 every month.
The gearless and clutchless vehicle comes with a 6-feet tray and company-fitted 140/170 Cu.feet delivery box. The loading tray comes with a 3-way loading facility, making loading and unloading easy. It also has a mobile-like charging battery with regular updates. This battery comes with 5 years of life/Dust and is waterproof.
The 3-wheeler is also designed with a digital instrument cluster - state of charge (SOC), battery health indicator, range, speed and tell-tale lights.
