Ultra EV 7M, A 21-Seater Electric Bus Offering 160km Range and Fast Charging

Tata Motors, India's leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, showcased its latest mass mobility solutions at Prawaas 4.0. This three-day event focused on safe, smart, and sustainable transportation. Among the highlights was the all-new Tata Ultra EV 7M—a zero-emission, intra-city electric bus designed to meet the needs of urban mass transit.

Tata Motors also presented a diverse lineup of passenger transport solutions, including the Tata Magna EV, Tata Magic Bi-fuel, Tata Ultra Prime CNG, Tata Winger 9S, Tata CityRide Prime, and Tata LPO 1822. Each model is designed to offer customized solutions for various transportation needs.

Ultra EV 7M: The Future of Urban Mobility

The Tata Ultra EV 7M is a 21-seater electric bus built for the challenges of city driving. With its compact size and easy manoeuvrability, it effortlessly navigates narrow lanes and crowded streets. Powered by a 213kW electric motor and a 200kWh Li-ion battery, this bus can travel up to 160 km on a single charge. Fast charging capabilities allow it to recharge fully in just 2.5 hours.

Safety is a top priority with the Ultra EV 7M, which features an electronic braking system, electronic stability control, and an Automatic Passenger Counter. The bus also includes an Intelligent Transport System (ITS) and regenerative braking technology to maximize efficiency and range.
