Recently released, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicle Truck Sales Report September 2022 shows an overall growth of 1.23%. Eicher Motors has experienced decent growth in Truck sales in India for September 2022. In India, Volvo works in partnership with Eicher Motors to manufacture its products for the Indian commercial vehicle market.
Eicher Motors September 2022 gross sales were recorded at 5,286 units in the CV domestic market as compared to 2021 Sep sales (4,947 units). This truck sales statistics 2022 for Sep month show an impressive sales growth of 6.85%.
For Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicle, the Sep 2022 sales were recorded at 5,806 units, compared to 5,735 units in Sep 2021, leading to a 1.23% increase in sales. Total Eicher CV sales of 5,673 units show a decline of 0.1% as the units sold in Sep 2021 were 5,679 units.
For the LMD (3.5T-15T) segment, Eicher Motors truck sales statistics 2022 show a 6.22 % decline in sales, with 3,613 units sold in Sep 2022, compared to 3,853 units in Sep 2021. On the other hand, for the Heavy Duty segment, a whopping 52.92% growth was registered, with 1,673 units sold in Sep 2022 as compared to 1,094 units sold in Sep 2021.
The export truck sales data for September 2022 further observes a decline for Eicher Motors. Low and Medium Duty vehicles marked a sales decline of 34.53%, as the units sold for Sep 2022 were 309, whereas the units sold for Sep 2021 were 472. The Heavy Duty segment also witnessed a 70% decline in sales, with 78 units sold in Sep 2022, compared to 260 units sold in Sep 2021.
Overall, export truck sales figures 2022 of Eicher Motors saw a whopping downfall of 47.13%, with 387 units sold in Sept 2022, compared to 732 units sold in Sept 2021.
VECV truck sales statistics 2022 September clearly demonstrates a massive sales growth of 137.5%, with 133 units sold in Sep 2022, while for Sep 2021, only 56 units were sold.
