However, the Tata brand removed the curtain from India’s first Bi Fuel Pickup model, Tata Intra V20 Bi FUEL, at the Auto Expo 2023. The new Tata Pickup is built over the brand’s ‘Premium Tough’ design philosophy. As a result, the Tata Intra V20 Bi Fuel offers smooth operations and a range of up to 800+ kilometres. Tata Intra V20 Bi Fuel Technical Specifications:-
The vehicle comes with a 1.2L, Three Cylinder, NGNA BiFuel CNG Engine. It can be operated with petrol and CNG fuels and deliver different power outputs.
The Petrol fuel generates a Power of 43kW @ 4000 RPM and a torque of 106 Nm @ 1800 – 2200 RPM.
With the CNG fuel, this engine generates Power and torque of 39kW @ 4000 RPM and 95 Nm @ 1800 – 2200 RPM, respectively.
The transmission system of this Tata Pickup includes a Gear Box Assembly of GBS 65-5 Speed. In addition, it has an EPAS – Column mounted Electric power-assisted steering system.
The vehicle has a Semi-elliptical leaf spring with a tyre size of 165 R14 LT 8PR.
Tata Intra V20 Bi-fuel has 2 option fuel tank capacities for CNG and Petrol fuels. The CNG fuel comes with options of 110 litres and 80 litres. In contrast, the petrol fuel tank has an optional capacity of 35 and 5 litres.
The vehicle delivers a range of 300 Kilometres to 800 + kilometres with its big fuel tank capacity and high fuel economy.
GVW & Payload Capacity:-
The Tata Intra V20 Bifuel has a GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight) of 2295 KG. Also, it comes with a payload capacity of 930-1000 KG.
Dimensions and Loadbody:-
The load body type of this vehicle is a Hinged rear tailgate type and comes with dimensions of 2690 X 1620 X 300mm for Length, Width and Height, respectively.
Tata Intra V20 Bifuel comes with a length of 4460 MM, a width of 1692 MM and a height of 1921 MM.
It has a wheelbase of 2450 MM, which helps in balancing the high-value payload easily.
