Pune, 2 November 2026: Intangles, a global predictive fleet intelligence company, today launched its AIS-140-certified product range in India. The range comes in four options: InCert, InSight, InGenious, and InVision+. The products work with many vehicles, from cabs and three-wheelers to vans, trucks, and buses, although compatibility depends on the option. In addition, operators can choose the option that fits their needs, no matter how big their fleet is. As a result, businesses with a few vehicles can now use predictive tools just like larger fleets.
InCert gives operators AIS-140-certified tracking, trip management, geofencing, and driver alerts. InSight includes these features and adds driver behaviour reports, fuel use insights, and fault codes with repair guidance.
InGenious goes a step further. It offers predictive vehicle health monitoring, advanced fuel management, DriveIQ driver scorecards, and automation for daily operations. Meanwhile, InVision+ pairs the certified device with AI-powered video tracking. It uses two cameras, one facing the road and one facing the driver. It also gives in-cabin voice alerts, road warnings, and video on demand. All four options run on InRoute, the fleet intelligence platform from Intangles.
AIS-140 sets out the Indian Government’s rules for vehicle tracking and emergency alerts. However, it does not ask for engine data. Fault codes, coolant temperature, and fuel analytics therefore fall outside its scope. A device that only meets these rules shows where a vehicle is, but it tells the owner very little about the vehicle’s condition. Fleet owners can meet the rules this way, yet they still struggle to cut costs, raise productivity, and make operations safer.
India’s logistics sector is highly competitive. In this setting, operators who spot problems before dispatch have time to arrange repairs. This helps them avoid delays to consignments and passenger services. Meanwhile, fuel losses can add up unnoticed over a month of trips. Risky driving habits can also go unseen until a serious accident happens. Devices built only for compliance cannot solve these problems.
Intangles built this range after years of working with fleet operators. Its platform combines physics-based analytics with machine learning. It reads vehicle signals in the context of operating conditions. It then alerts operators to developing faults, which gives them time to act.
The company says its predictive intelligence delivers 96% predictive AI accuracy. It also says fleets have cut powertrain breakdowns by 75%.
Anup Patil, CEO of Intangles, said, “The size of a fleet should not determine whether an operator can access predictive intelligence. A vehicle off the road can significantly affect a business, whether it owns five vehicles or five hundred. With a certified device already installed and connected whenever the vehicle runs, operators should be able to choose the value it delivers to their business. Intangles’ new range brings this promise to life through #ChoiceOkPlease, giving operators the flexibility and freedom to choose a solution that meets compliance requirements and addresses their everyday operational challenges.”
Customers can buy the AIS-140 range through the field sales channels of Intangles. In addition, the company has launched InCentral, a new direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform. On InCentral, customers can find the right solution, check vehicle compatibility, and buy online. They can also generate VLTD certificates. In short, the whole buying journey now sits in one place.
Intangles is a global predictive AI company that helps fleet and mobility operators manage vehicles with greater foresight. It works in 18 countries and partners with more than 40 OEMs and enterprises. Its platform supports over 41,000 fleet operators and more than 500,000 vehicles. The company turns real-world vehicle data into forward-looking insights. As a result, fleets can detect issues early, prevent failures, and improve performance. Perhaps most importantly, they can move from reactive monitoring to predictive operations. As mobility grows more connected, Intangles continues to build the intelligence layer that helps fleets run with more confidence, reliability, and control.
