Mahindra Records Surge in Domestic CV Sales : Sold 27,606 Units in April 2024

Mahindra & Mahindra Experienced Growth in both Domestic and Export CV Sales, with Increases of 7.07% and 2.00%, Respectively

In April 2024, Mahindra & Mahindra, a top producer of commercial vehicles, experienced a 7.07% rise in its domestic CV sales. The number of units increased from 25,783 in April 2023 to 27,606 in April 2024.

Mahindra Records Surge in Domestic CV Sales Sold 27606 Units in April 2024

LCV<2T

The category registered sales of 3,372 units in April 2024, compared to 3,416 units in April 2023. The brand witnessed a 1% sales loss.

LCV 2 T–3.5 T

Mahindra closed the April 2024 sales with 15,692 units, whereas the units sold by LCV 2 T–3.5 T were 15,072 in the same month of last year. The brand experienced 4% growth in the 2024 FY.

LCV > 3.5T + MHCV

The LCV > 3.5T + MHCV segment experienced 74% growth in April. To illustrate, the segment sold 3,038 CVs in April 2024, compared to 1,743 units in April 2023.

3 Wheelers (Including Electric 3Ws)

The 3-wheeler category, including the electric segment, also registered a decrease in sales. In April 2024, 5,504 units of 3-wheelers and electric 3-wheelers were sold, compared to 5,552 units in April 2023. As a result, the brand registered a 1% fall.
