FADA CV Retail Sales Reached 90,707 Units in April 2024

Fada Commercial Vehicle Retail Sales Saw a 2.31% Rise in April 2024

The Federation of Automobile Dealers Association announced the sales figures for commercial vehicles for April. FORCE MOTORS LIMITED, an established Indian company owned by Firodia Enterprise, registered a 57.16% rise in sales compared to the previous year.

According to the FADA truck sales report, the figures for leading Indian commercial vehicle manufacturers were analysed against April 2023. FADA stated that truck sales increased to 90,707 units in April 2024, compared to 88,663 units, representing a 2.31% growth.

Official Statement of FADA

FADA President Mr Manish Raj Singhania commented on April 2024's auto retail performance, stating, “In April 2024, the Indian Auto Retail sector achieved a robust 27% YoY growth. The two-wheeler (2W), three wheeler (3W), passenger vehicle (PV), tractor (Trac) and commercial vehicle (CV) segments grew by 33%, 9%, 16%, 1%, and 2%, respectively. While some attribute this growth to the shift in Navratri to April instead of March last year, the overall increase was significant. Comparing combined March and April 2024 with the same period last year shows a 14% YoY growth for the entire industry.”
